Secluded condo walking distance from the beach!

Located in the west end of Panama City Beach this 1 bedroom/1.5 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. There is a private balcony overlooking a courtyard with a pathway toward the beach access (the condo is 500 steps away, less than a 5-minute walk ). The community has 4 pools, tennis courts, a hot tub, mini-golf, and a basketball court. It's also close to Pier Park, shopping, dining, grocery stores, and Frank Brown Park. This is a great place for your vacation/getaway!

The condo is on the second floor with no elevator. There is a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed pullout in the living room, and 1 full bed (it looks like a top bunk with cabinets underneath) in the hallway from the living room to the bedroom. In addition, the community charges $20 per person to use the amenities and $25 for parking passes (this is a required fee whether you choose to use the amenities or not). The distance to the beach is accurate as it was calculated using a fitness watch.

There is nonreserved parking in front of the building, there should be plenty of space to park but if not you can park anywhere. It is self check-in so you will be provided a gate code to access the community and your code to access the condo via a coded lock a few days before check-in.
